At the end of this training session you will be able to begin operating in a project environment by understanding the terminology used and interpreting and explaining fundamental concepts of project management. This standard will also add value to learners who are running their own business and recognize that project management forms an integral component of any business.
There is open access to this unit standard. Learners should be competent in;

- Literacy and communications at NQF level 4 or equivalent.

How you will be assessed
This program has been aligned to registered unit standard. You will be assessed against the outcomes of the unit standard by completing a knowledge assignment that covers the essential embedded knowledge stipulated in the unit standard. When you are assessed as competent against the unit standard, you will receive a certificate of competence and be awarded 5 credits towards a National Qualification.
